ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to approve contract change with Aspect Consulting for 2019 Water Right Technical Assistance
BACKGROUND:
This change is proposed for additional coordination with Kittitas County and the Schneblys, and ongoing
coordination with Ecology to complete the lease and additional permitting requirements per the 2017 ROE.
There has been some unforeseen issues with this effort that have required additional time from Aspect to
address.
