Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />6/18/2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to approve contract change with Aspect Consulting for 2019 Water Right Technical Assistance <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This change is proposed for additional coordination with Kittitas County and the Schneblys, and ongoing <br />coordination with Ecology to complete the lease and additional permitting requirements per the 2017 ROE. <br />There has been some unforeseen issues with this effort that have required additional time from Aspect to <br />address. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of change contract with Aspect Consulting <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Erin Moore <br />
