AMENDING COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND 108
POLICY NUMBER 2018.01
\ilHEREAS: The Council of Governments (COG) adopted policies governing the Public
Facilities Fund 108 grant process in 2018; and
WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners jointly signed the Council
of Govemments Public Facilities Fund 108 Grant policies with Resolution 2018-
087 (05-29-2018); and
\ilHEREAS: The Council of Governments recently amended COG Policy Number 2018-01 and
that amendment now requires Board of County Commissioner concturence;
NO\il, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Board signature on Kittitas County Council of
Governments Public Facilities Fund 108 Policy Number 2018-01, Amendment Number l.
