A Resolution Changing Authortzed Cash Balances for Petty Cash, Revolving Funds, Till Accounts, f,'unds on Deposit, etc. for 2019 WHEREAS, The County Auditor is establishing a master list of all department and county fund petty cash custodians and petty cash dollar amounts; and WHEREAS, the previous Resolution Number 2018-098 must be updated and rescinded due to changes in dollar amounts and personnel. WHEREAS, this resolution is reallocating $200 in the Treasurer's office increasing the till accounts by $200 and decreasing the change Account by $200; Closing accounts in Public Health in the total amount of $110.00; the Food Handlers till account in the amount of $85.00 and the Upper County Till in the amount of $25.00 and increasing the Community Development Services till accounts by $t00 due to increase in personnel. NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED that the fotlowing custodians are approved for the maintenance of petty cash accounts in their respective departments.
