<br /> <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will hold a public hearing to lease a portion of Kittitas County Water Rights through an auction in response <br />to 2019 drought conditions. The public hearing will be held in the commissioners’ auditorium located at 205 W 5th Street in Ellensburg. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Eligible bidders shall be able to demonstrate that they have a valid Yakima Basin water right that has been or will be prorated or curtailed in 2019 and have physical access to water. <br />Preference will given to lessees who will utilize the water right within Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Anyone who is interested in the matter should attend the public hearing. Anyone in attendance may give public testimony.
