Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA SESSION DATE: June 4, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Cascade Reach Plat <br />(LPF-19-00005 & LP-18-00003 formerly known as Talisman Townhomes) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat was approved on January 2, 2019 <br />through Resolution No. 2019-004 (LP-18-00003). This proposal is for twenty four <br />residential lots with an access tract and three (3) community open space tracts on <br />parcel #956001. This final plat is being proposed under the Suncadia Master <br />Planned Resort Development Agreement The subject property is zoned Master <br />Planned Resort and is located off of Big Hill Dr. in a portion of Section 19, T20N, <br />R15E, WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor’s Map Number 20-15-19057-0005. <br /> <br /> A final plat application was submitted by Talisman Townhomes LLC on April 29, <br />2019 requesting final mylar approval for Cascade Reach (formerly Talisman <br />Townhomes). After an initial review, corrections were required and final mylars <br />were resubmitted on May 10, 2019. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with <br />supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary <br />approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in <br />conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. This final plat application was <br />processed in accordance with the 30 day timeframe outlined in RCW 58.17.140. <br />The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have <br />been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Cascade Reach <br />Plat (LPF-19-00005 and LP-18-00003). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for the Cascade Reach Plat (LPF-19-00005 and LP-18-00003). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Services Planner
