KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 4, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Authorize the Boards <br />Signature on Council of Governments Public Facilities <br />Fund 108 Policy Number 2018-01, Amendment Number 1 <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Council of Governments (COG) <br />recently voted amending COG Public Facilities Fund 108 <br />Policy Number 2018-01. The amendment removes <br />member's ability scoring their jurisdiction's Public Facility <br />grant application. A Scribner's error is also repaired with <br />the amended policy. <br />COG adopted the original policy on 05-29-2018. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Authorize the Board's Signature <br />on Council of Governments Public Facilities Fund 108 <br />Policy Number 2018-01, Amendment Number 1. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; COG Public Facilities Fund 108 Policy <br />Number 2018-01. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
