KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 4, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) review and <br />sign a Resolution to correct a scriveners error on Resolution No. <br />2019-075, allowing an Amendment to Grant Agreement HH-2018- <br />002 with HopeSource, for the second year funding for the Women’s <br />Sober House Project (WSHP). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The BOCC approved and signed an Agreement with HopeSource for <br />the WSHP, a two year project which was effective January 1, 2018 <br />and scheduled to terminate on December 31, 2019; and signed a <br />Resolution to allocate the second year funding. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Resolution No. 2019-075 has an error in the dollar amount in the <br />next to the last paragraph. The total is correct, but $54,212.00 should <br />be $52,212.00 (plus 5%) for a total of $54,822.00.
