KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 4, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and sign the Amended Lodging Tax Small-Scale-Capital-Project Agreement with Cle Elum and Resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: During the July 13, 2017 open public meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) they voted to recommend approving the small-scale-capital improvement project application <br />from Cle Elum to the BOCC. A recommendation was forwarded to the BOCC. Small-Scale-Capital-Project-LT-2017-04-Cle Elum Agreement was approved by Resolution 2017-130 on 8-1-17 during <br />a regularly scheduled Agenda Session of the BOCC. The final date to submit reimbursement requests for this 24 month Agreement is August 1, 2019, after this date funds lapse. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The City of Cle Elum requested a change in their scope of work in the Agreement. County Prosecutor request #46261.
