RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -JL
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON COUNTY ROAD
ADMINISTRATION BOARD RURAL ARTERIAL FUNDING AGREEMENT
SUPPORTING IMPROVEMENTS TO VANTAGE HIGHWAY
WHEREAS: Improvements to Vantage Highway appear on the County's adopted six year
transportation plan; and
WHEREAS: Public Works solicited and has received Rural Arterial Program funding award
from the County Road Administration Board (CRAB) supporting Vantage
Highway Improvements; and
WHEREAS: The County is required to enter into a funding agreement with CRAB accepting
project funds;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on County Road
Administration Board Rural Arterial Funding Agreement supporting Vantage Highway
Improvements.
