This increase <br />will cover all of the additional labor and materials, including increased quantities of lime, needed to bring <br />the septage pH up to the required value of 12 for 30 minutes before land applying. In addition it will cover <br />the additional effort needed to slurry (meaning to mix the contents of lagoons 1 and 2, to such an extent <br />as is professional appropriate to properly extract while achieving an acceptable pH level as previously <br />specified) and land apply 642,921 gallons.
