ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards signature on the Professional Service Agreement with Central Paving LLC.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County Maintenance and Event Center has determined that the paving on the south side of the
livestock barns is in need of replacement due to excessive settling and cracking. In addition the asphalt
around the gazebo is in need of repairs.
The Maintenance Department received bids for the paving at it was determined that Central Paving was the
lowest responsive bidder.
INTERACTION:
Central Paving, Maintenance, Solid Waste and Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards signature on the professional service agreement.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy
