ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval for Chairs signature on the contract amendment with NRC Environmental
Services.
BACKGROUND:
NRC environmental has was awarded the bid for land application of the septage at the Ryegrass facility.
Due to unforeseen conditions it is requiring more effort to reach the necessary pH of the septage before it
can be land applied.
INTERACTION:
NRC, Prosecutor and Solid Waste.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Chairs signature on Amendment No. 1 with NRC.
