ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Evergreen Ridge PUD
Rockberry Loop Plat (LPF-19-00002).
BACKGROUND: The Evergreen Ridge Planned Unit Development Rezone was originally approved
in 2001. In 2006 it was amended for the inclusion of an additional 17 acres. In June
of 2016 the Evergreen Ridge PUD Final Development Plan was approved through
Resolution 2016-072.
The applicant submitted a final plat application on February 14, 2019 requesting
final mylar approval for the Evergreen Ridge PUD Rockberry Loop Plat. This plat
encompasses approximately 8 acres of the approved Evergreen Ridge PUD. It
creates 15 residential lots ranging from .24 acres to .36 acres, and three separate
tracts designated for open space and future development. Staff has reviewed the
final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the
preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed
in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The 30 day timeframe outlined
in RCW 58.17.140 was extended per agreement with the applicant to ensure all
conditions have been satisfied. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing
departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Evergreen Ridge
PUD Rockberry Loop Plat (LPF-19-00002).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
