Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 21, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Evergreen Ridge PUD <br />Rockberry Loop Plat (LPF-19-00002). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Evergreen Ridge Planned Unit Development Rezone was originally approved <br />in 2001. In 2006 it was amended for the inclusion of an additional 17 acres. In June <br />of 2016 the Evergreen Ridge PUD Final Development Plan was approved through <br />Resolution 2016-072. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted a final plat application on February 14, 2019 requesting <br />final mylar approval for the Evergreen Ridge PUD Rockberry Loop Plat. This plat <br />encompasses approximately 8 acres of the approved Evergreen Ridge PUD. It <br />creates 15 residential lots ranging from .24 acres to .36 acres, and three separate <br />tracts designated for open space and future development. Staff has reviewed the <br />final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed <br />in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The 30 day timeframe outlined <br />in RCW 58.17.140 was extended per agreement with the applicant to ensure all <br />conditions have been satisfied. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing <br />departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Evergreen Ridge <br />PUD Rockberry Loop Plat (LPF-19-00002). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Evergreen Ridge PUD Rockberry Loop Plat (LPF-19-00002). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chelsea Benner, Community Development Services Planner.
