ACTION REQUESTED: Requesting Approval of an Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Kittitas County
Code Title 20
BACKGROUND: On May 7, 2019, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners conducted a public
hearing to consider proposed amendments to KCC Title 20 regarding
amendments to the International Wildland-Urban Interface Code. At the hearing,
the Board approved the proposed amendments. The attached ordinance would
adopt the amendments.
INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the attached ordinance.
