At the hearing, the Board approved <br />the proposed amendments. The attached ordinance would adopt the <br />amendments, which would not go into effect until May 21, 2020 in accordance <br />with RCW 70.77.250(4). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the attached ordinance. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance adopting amendments to KCC Title 9 <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
