ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing for June 4, 2019 at 2pm to
consider the Vacation of Micheletto Road in Cle Elum,
Washington
BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting the Board vacate Micheletto
Road due to non-use and due to the fact that the road
provides access to only one residence. The property owner
recently installed a gate eliminating the turn -around utilized
by maintenance crews.
Public Works staff has previously briefed the Board of
County Commissioners on this request.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for June 4, 2019 at 2pm to consider
the Vacation of Micheletto Road in Cle Elum, Washington.
HANDLING: Return one (1) copy to Public Works

West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the vacation of Micheletto Road in
Cle Elum, Washington.
