AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 7, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) review and
approve an updated Grant Quarterly Report form for the
Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee (HAHC).
BACKGROUND: The HAHC has been working on updating the quarterly reporting
form to make it easier for grant applicants to report the required
information regarding their grants for homeless and affordable
housing funds.
INTERACTION: During the open public meeting on 4-24-19 of the HAHC, the updated
quarterly reporting form was reviewed. The HAHC voted
unanimously to approve the updated quarterly report form for grants
and forward it to the BOCC for approval. If approved, IT will be
requested to create a fillable form to be uploaded on the County
website.
RECOMMENDATION: Review and approve an updated Grant Quarterly Report form for the
HAHC.
