KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 7, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners approval to advertise a <br />Request for Qualification for Updating and Review of the Ryegrass <br />limited purpose landfill plan and financial assurance. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste operated a limited purpose landfill at the <br />Ryegrass location. At this time we would like to update the limited <br />purpose landfill plan and review the financial assurance in accordance <br />WAC 173-350. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the Request for Qualifications. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval to advertise the Request for <br />Qulaifications. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Send to Daily Journal of Commerce <br /> Post of County Website <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br />Request for Qualifications. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson, Director <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
