AGENDA DATE: May 7, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners approval to advertise a
Request for Qualification for Updating and Review of the Ryegrass
limited purpose landfill plan and financial assurance.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste operated a limited purpose landfill at the
Ryegrass location. At this time we would like to update the limited
purpose landfill plan and review the financial assurance in accordance
WAC 173-350.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the Request for Qualifications.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval to advertise the Request for
Qulaifications.
