HOMELESSNESS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMITTEE <br />205 West 5th Ave.Ste.108 <br />Ellensburg,WA 98926 <br />MAY 7,2019 HAHC RECOMMENDATION <br />Board of County Commissioners, <br />During the April 24,2019 meeting of the Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee <br />(HAHC)the committee reviewed the Agreement HH-2018-002-HopeSource for the Women's <br />Sober House Project (a two year project),and the quarterly reports received from HopeSource <br />for the Women's Sober House Project.The second year funding was contingent upon the <br />criteria listed on page one of the Agreement being completed.After reviewing the documents, <br />the HAHC determined the criteria had been met and voted to recommend to the Board of County <br />Commissioners (BOCC)allocating the second year funding request of $52,212 plus a 5% <br />increase for a total of $54,822 for the second year funding as reflected in the Budget Narrative <br />request in Exhibit A (grant application,page 14)of HH-2018-002. <br />The HAHC respectfully requests the BOCC allocate the second year funding of $54,822 for HH- <br />2018-002-HopeSource for the Women's Sober House Project as noted in the Amendment,since <br />the funding requirements have been met. <br />Thank you, <br />Debbie Myers,Clerk <br />Kittitas County HAHC <br />Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 56Avenue,STE 108 ·Ellensburg,WA 98926 <br />(509)962-7508 ·FAX (509)962-7679
