MAY 7,2019 HAHC RECOMMENDATION
Board of County Commissioners,
During the April 24,2019 meeting of the Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee
(HAHC)the committee reviewed the Agreement HH-2018-002-HopeSource for the Women's
Sober House Project (a two year project),and the quarterly reports received from HopeSource
for the Women's Sober House Project.The second year funding was contingent upon the
criteria listed on page one of the Agreement being completed.After reviewing the documents,
the HAHC determined the criteria had been met and voted to recommend to the Board of County
Commissioners (BOCC)allocating the second year funding request of $52,212 plus a 5%
increase for a total of $54,822 for the second year funding as reflected in the Budget Narrative
request in Exhibit A (grant application,page 14)of HH-2018-002.
The HAHC respectfully requests the BOCC allocate the second year funding of $54,822 for HH-
2018-002-HopeSource for the Women's Sober House Project as noted in the Amendment,since
the funding requirements have been met.
