KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 7, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve setting a Public Hearing to consider Amending <br />Kittitas County Code 2.04.010. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Staff was directed to prepare a Notice of Public Hearing to <br />Consider Amending County Code 2.04.010. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Board of County Commissioners met on April 23, <br />2019 with Department Heads and received feedback <br />regarding departmental needs with regards to Regular <br />Meetings (study sessions) with the Board. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve setting a Public Hearing for Tuesday May 21, <br />2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room <br />109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue <br />Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – Clerk of the Board <br /> BOCC Staff to publish with Daily Record <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II on behalf <br />of Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />
