The application identifies that there is going to be a total of thirty to forty vehicles attending this event. Judy, Please provide me any feedback you have regarding an exemption etc. Thank you Latest update: The certificate of insurance lists Brightside Vintage Farm LLC as the certificate holder. This should list Kittitas County as the certificate holder. However, in the box above it says "Kittitas County is primary, non-contributory additional insured as respects General Liability." So it's not ideal, but it's probably good enough, particularly since the endorsement is actually the legally binding document. If the endorsement says Kittitas County, then this certificate of insurance is not perfect, but is good enough as is.
