ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Memorandum of Understanding
between Kittitas County Health Network and Kittitas County Sheriff's Office
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Health Resources and Services Administration
RCORP-Planning project is to support prevention of and treatment for substance use
disorders, including opioid use disorder.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Memorandum of
Understanding between Kittitas County Health Network and Kittitas County Sheriff s
Office
HANDLING: Please return originals to the Sheriff s Office. Upon signature from KC
Health Network we will send one to BOCC.
