COUNTY OF KITTITAS
STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS
HOUSING GRANT AGREEMENT HH2O18-003.
WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource, a
Washington non-profit corporation had previously entered into a Homeless Housing
Program Grant Agreement, and
WHEREAS, HopeSource has expended the initial sum of the amount granted to
them in that Agreement, and
WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource wish
to continue to cooperate in doing so, and
WHEREAS, amendment of HH2O18-003 to amend the sum allocated as allowed
by its provisions will enable that cooperation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the
Amendment Agreement pursuant to Section 10.8 of Grant HH2O18-003 is hereby
adopted upon signature by the parties.
