ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Benton Franklin and KCPHD Agreement (Effective Dates: March 1, 2019- June 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the agreement is to provide additional funding in the amount of $1500.00 to
expand and enhance the original scope of work by purchasing signage to support smoke-free and
vape-free policies in Kittitas County.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 15, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 21, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Benton Franklin and KCPHD Agreement (Effective Dates: March 1, 2019- June 30, 2019)
