Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 2, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the HCA Amendment for ABCD Kittitas County (Effective Dates: October 1, 2018- <br />December 31, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The HCA amendment amends the contract to provide clarification of the 2nd quarter for year one <br />2018-2019 Exhibit A, titled ABCD Quarterly Outreach and Case Management Contract Report, <br />by replacing Exhibit A for 2nd Quarter contract period. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 15, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 21, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the HCA Amendment for ABCD Kittitas County (Effective Dates: October 1, 2018- <br />December 31, 2019) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Tristen Lamb <br />Kasey Knutson
