ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the HCA Amendment for ABCD Kittitas County (Effective Dates: October 1, 2018-
December 31, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The HCA amendment amends the contract to provide clarification of the 2nd quarter for year one
2018-2019 Exhibit A, titled ABCD Quarterly Outreach and Case Management Contract Report,
by replacing Exhibit A for 2nd Quarter contract period.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 15, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 21, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the HCA Amendment for ABCD Kittitas County (Effective Dates: October 1, 2018-
December 31, 2019)
