Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 2, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Professional Services Agreement between KVH and KCPHD - TB xrays (Effective Dates: <br />April 1, 2019- April 1, 2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County (KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley <br />Healthcare (KVH) is an agreement entered into that allows the health department to send clients <br />to KVH for screening x-rays. The agreement includes a set fee for these services. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 15, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 21, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Professional Services Agreement between KVH and KCPHD - TB xrays (Effective Dates: <br />April 1, 2019- April 1, 2020) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Tristen Lamb <br />Liz Whitaker
