ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Professional Services Agreement between KVH and KCPHD - TB xrays (Effective Dates:
April 1, 2019- April 1, 2020)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County (KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley
Healthcare (KVH) is an agreement entered into that allows the health department to send clients
to KVH for screening x-rays. The agreement includes a set fee for these services.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 15, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved March 21, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Professional Services Agreement between KVH and KCPHD - TB xrays (Effective Dates:
April 1, 2019- April 1, 2020)
