ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff requests the approval of the change contract with Aspect Consulting for 2019 Water Right Technical
Assistance.
BACKGROUND:
Aspect is assisting Kittitas County with expanding its water bank to cover all developable parcels in Kittitas
County, specifically parcels above the Kittitas Reclamation District canal. This work is ongoing and will be
completed by June 2019.
