ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 7. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
BACKGROUND
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The amendment amends Statements of Work for the following program:
Office of Drinking Water Group A Program- Effective January 1, 2018
Exhibit B-7 allocations amends and replaces Exhibit B-6 Allocations as follows:
Increase of $7,600.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $277,154.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 11, 2019
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 15, 2019
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 7. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
