BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2019-0 l t) <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON A <br />CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. R-2018-140, the Board of County Commissioners, <br />awarded the bid for VOiP services to Ednetics; and <br />WHEREAS, with the implementation of VOiP services, the number of analog phone lines necessary to <br />conduct county business has been reduced; and <br />WHEREAS, the Customer Service Agreement detailing the terms and conditions surrounding the <br />services to be provided has been reviewed and approved and is attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, authorization is required by the Board of County of Commissioners before services can be <br />provided; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the Customer Services Agreement with <br />Consolidated Communications. <br />DATED this / 5'fl , day of ([Nf1 -11..tfvi'1J 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
