ACTION REQUESTED:
Changing By-laws to account for Department Structure Change and Meeting Frequency
BACKGROUND:
The Security Committee has determined that the membership should be adjusted to account for
change in department structure with the Solid Waste and Maintenance Departments. Giving both
department heads a place on the committee. Further it is the belief of the Committee that
monthly meetings are not necessar y, and would like quarterly meetings, with the ability to have
additional meetings as needed.
INTERACTION:
Security Committee
RECOMMENDATION:
I would ask that you approve the attached resolution adopting the language changes in the
Security Committee By-laws.
HANDLING:
Route one original back to Human Resources.
