ACTION REQUESTED:
The BOCC approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Adult Vaccine
Program agreement. (Effective dates: January 1, 2019- December 31, 2020)
BACKGROUND:
The Adult Vaccine Program is established for participating providers in the AVP to provide free
vaccine to those adults 19 and over that do not have insurance. The agreement outlines eligibility
and scope of work for the health department.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 5, 2019
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 6, 2019
RECOMMENDATION:
The BOCC approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Adult Vaccine
Program agreement. (Effective dates: January 1, 2019- December 31, 2020)
