(Effective dates: January 1, 2019- December 31, 2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Adult Vaccine Program is established for participating providers in the AVP to provide free <br />vaccine to those adults 19 and over that do not have insurance. The agreement outlines eligibility <br />and scope of work for the health department. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 5, 2019 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 6, 2019 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The BOCC approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Adult Vaccine <br />Program agreement.
