ACTION REQUIRED: Approve Resolution to Amend Cancellation of Uncollectible Mobile Home
Taxes
BACKGROUND: Per the requirements outlined in RCW 84.56.240, the Kittitas County
Treasurer is submitting the attached Affidavit to Amend Cancellation of
Uncollectible Personal Property Taxes, as they have been collected.
INTERACTION: None
RECOMMENDATION: Amending Resolution 2019-34, to Cancel taxes Assessed Upon Mobile
Home Taxes Pursuant to RCW 84.56.240
