AGENDA DATE: March 5, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve and
sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of
Commerce for Tourism Services for 2019.
BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory
Committee (LTAC) on February 21, 2019, the proposed Contract with
the Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2019 was
discussed.
INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of
allocating up to $249,316.00 for the proposed Professional Services
Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber
of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2019 of up to $249,316.00.
