ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards Signature on an Agricultural lease Amendment with Rafter B Inc.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County Solid Waste purchased property for the new transfer station location. With the property
purchase came an existing agricultural lease with Rafter B Inc. This lease amendment transfer the lease
from the prior owner to Kittitas County.
INTERACTION:
Solid Waste, Prosecutors Office, and Rafter B Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards signature on the Agricultural lease Amendment.
HANDLING:
Return to Solid Waste to record with the Auditors office.
