RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF A LETTER OF COMMITMENT
WITH KITTITAS COUNTY HEALTH NETWORK
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD),
is charged with the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the
County; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County Health Network (KCHN) a non-profit, intends to collaborate
across organizations to improve health outcomes for all members of the
community; and
WHEREAS, KCPHD and KCHN desire to collaborate, their efforts to further the shared goal of
improved community health and agree to commit those efforts as outlined in the
attached letter of commitment; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, hereby authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health
Department to execute a letter of commitment with Kittitas County Health
Network that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference.
