ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrator on the Letter of Commitment with Kittitas County Health Network.
BACKGROUND:
The letter of Commitment from Kittitas County Health Network establishes internal
collaboration and askes KCPHD when seeking future funding to consider opportunities to
include KCHN partners in grant deliverables and support KCHN with deliverables for future
KCHN funding when the mission, vision, and values of KCHN are consistent.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Administrator on the Letter of Commitment with Kittitas County Health Network.
