BACKGROUND: The Ranch on Swauk Creek has applied for a domestic water franchise to install waterlines along Ranch Road and Burke Road to service properties in the area. Upon approval of the domestic water franchise, a right of way permit will be required to conduct the proposed work. The Franchise Application is complete and the appropriate application fee has been collected. INTERACTION: Public Works RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing on April 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm and advertise accordingly, to consider a domestic water franchise with The Ranch on Swank Creek along Burke Road and Ranch Road.
