<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-________ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS <br />HOUSING GRANT AGREEMENT HH-2018-001. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource, <br />Housing Authority of Kittitas County, and Elmview had previously entered into a <br />Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HopeSource, Housing Authority of Kittitas County, and Elmview has <br />not yet expended the total sum of the amount granted to them in that Agreement, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has previously <br />determined that the purposes of RCW 36.22.179 are consistent with the needs of certain <br />members of the Kittitas County Community, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has previously <br />determined that HopeSource, Housing Authority of Kittitas County, and Elmview are <br />proper entities by which to carry out the purposes of RCW 36.22.179, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource, <br />Housing Authority of Kittitas County, and Elmview wish to continue to cooperate in doing <br />so, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, amendment of HH2018-001 to extend its term to December 31, <br />2019 as allowed by its provisions will enable that cooperation, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the <br />Amendment Agreement pursuant to Section 10.8 of Grant HH2018-001 is hereby <br />adopted upon signature by the parties.
