ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Community Health
Supervisor on the Northwest Vital Records Center Agreement. (Effective: February 1, 2019-
February 28, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between Northwest Vital Records and KCPHD will allow Northwest Vital
Records Center to pick up and destroy (shred) our xrays that have reached retention.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 4, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 11, 2019
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Community Health
Supervisor on the Northwest Vital Records Center Agreement. (Effective: February 1, 2019-
February 28, 2019)
