ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 6. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
BACKGROUND
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The amendment amends Statements of Work for the following program:
Maternal and Child Health Block Grant- -Effective July 1, 2018
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 23, 2019
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 4, 2019
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 6. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020)
