BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY , STATE OF WASHINGTON , in the matter
of initiating a county road project designated as:
CRP NO: 293-18 JOB NO: RC1592 -F1
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that University Way and Reecer Intersection , Road Log No . 93041 from Milepost 1.47 to
Milepost 1.94 be improved as follows :
The County will install a signal to decrease average wait time at the
intersection , and improve safety . ARTER IAL

Th is pro j ect is hereby declared to be a publ ic necess ity and the Director of Public Works acting as the County Eng ineer is hereby
ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law prov ided . (RCW 36 .75 .050 , 36.80 .030 , 36.80 .070).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the Director of
Public Works' estimate , is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown :
