BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIO ERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STA TE OF WASHING TO <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2019 -QL---(J; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO TASK <br />ORDER NO. 1 WITH JACOBS ENGINEERING FOR GENERAL ENVIRONMENT AL <br />AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE <br />WHEREAS: Jacobs E ngineering is currently a Engineering service provider to Public Works <br />selected from County procurement proces s in 2017 ; and <br />WHEREAS: Task Order No. 1 with Jacobs provides for on-call general environmental and <br />planning assistance; and <br />WHEREAS: The initial task order ($50,000) is nearing completion and PW desires <br />supplementing the original task order ; and <br />WHEREAS: The current Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan contains projects that <br />have not ye t been evaluated for possible permitting requirements ; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public , does hereby authorize the Chair 's signature on Amendment No. 1 to <br />Jacobs Engineering Task Order No. 1 -General Environmental and Planning Assistance . <br />DATED this 5th day of February, 2019 , at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />D Deputy Clerk qf the Board-Mandy Buchhol <br />' ~ <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY , WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, Chairman
