ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW KITTITAS
VALLEY EVENT CENTER AND KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR TO FORGIVE
$1552.36 IN UNCOLLECTIBLE DEBT
BACKGROUND: The Office Manager for the Kittitas Valley Event Center has
identified seven accounts with balances that have been sent to
Evergreen Financial Services, Inc. for collection after 90-120 days
of no payment.
After review of the December 12, 2018 report from Evergreen
Financial Services, Inc., and after consulting with Judy Pless,
Budget & Finance Manager, we recommend approval of this
Resolution to forgive $1552.36 in uncollectible debt.

RECOMMENDATION: The Event Center recommends approval of the attached
Resolution to forgive $1552.36 in uncollectible debt.
