The Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board respectfully requests the following actions on
the part of the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners as described in RCW
17.10.050(2):
1. Reappoint Matt Eslinger to fill the expired term of Weed Section 4 Representative on the
Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board.
2. Appoint Jim Hanson to fill the expired term of Weed Section 1 Representative on the
Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board.
3. Appoint Josh Quicksall to fill the expired term of Weed Section 5 Representative on the
Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board.
The Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board feels that these are the most qualified
applicants from those geographic areas of Kittitas County and that they would do an excellent
job of fulfilling the mission of the Weed Board to protect and preserve the agricultural lands and
natural resources of the county from the degrading effects of exotic and invasive noxious weeds.
All three terms would begin on March 2019 and end in February 2023 as described in RCW
17.10.050 and Kittitas County Resolution 91-29.
