ACTION REQUESTED:
Request approval of 2019 Agreement for Upper District Court Indigent Defense Service between Kittitas
County and Marjorie D. Alumbaugh #44091.
BACKGROUND:
Renewal of agreement of Indigent Defense Services.
INTERACTION:
Contract has been reviewed and approved by Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Doug Mitchell.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Upper District Court recommends approval of the Agreement for Indigent Defense Services with
Attorney Marjorie D. Alumbaugh.
HANDLING:
The Upper District Court request one fully executed copy be returned to the Court Administrator - Diana
MacKenzie.
