AGENDA DATE: February 5, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Deny Claim of Jeremy Sybertz.
BACKGROUND: The claimant, Jeremy Sybertz (“Mr. Sybertz”), claims damages of
approximately $5,000.00, for alleged failure to receive medical care
while in custody at the Kittitas County Corrections Center. Kittitas
County Claim # 201812260036.
INTERACTION: Sheriff’s staff gathered the jail and medical records from Mr.
Sybertz’s incarceration, which show Mr. Sybertz received appropriate
medical care while he was in custody. Staff recommends denial of
this claim.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny Kittitas County Claim # 201812260036.
