KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 5, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Deny Claim of Jeremy Sybertz. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimant, Jeremy Sybertz (“Mr. Sybertz”), claims damages of <br />approximately $5,000.00, for alleged failure to receive medical care <br />while in custody at the Kittitas County Corrections Center. Kittitas <br />County Claim # 201812260036. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Sheriff’s staff gathered the jail and medical records from Mr. <br />Sybertz’s incarceration, which show Mr. Sybertz received appropriate <br />medical care while he was in custody.
