ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between
Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates:
October 1, 2018-September 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is in place between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of
Central Washington (CHCW) The agreement allows CHCW to provide services for those
eligible in the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the Maternal
Child Health Block Grant.

Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 4, 2019
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved January 10, 2018
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between
Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates:
October 1, 2019- September 30, 2019)
