Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Administrative Supervisor on <br />the Washington State DOH Data Sharing Agreement. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2019- <br />December 31, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Washington State Department of Health Data Sharing Agreement allows the health <br />department to share data in regards to Comprehensive Hospital Abstract Reporting System <br />(CHARS), Birth, Fetal Death, Linked Birth-CHARS, and Linked Birth-Infant Death data files. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 20, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 28, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Administrative Supervisor on <br />the Washington State DOH Data Sharing Agreement.
