The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory
Committee are pleased to partner with the State of Washington, City of Cle Elum, and other
partners to support the funding of the Covered Arena and Associated Build -Out.
Kittitas County is committed to drafting an Agreement with the City of Cle Elum providing
$1,500,000.00 to be used for this Large Scale Capital Project for the Washington State Horse
Park.
The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee is currently in the process of drafting this Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Cle Elum which will memorialize this commitment for
the funds dedicated to finalize this project.
Kittitas County is thrilled to see this project move forward and is eager to see how the addition of
the Covered Arena & Associated Build -Out will expand the length of the season and number of
events that will utilize this facility.
