ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve and execute Resolution Ratifying and Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court
and Court Advocates for Children for Kittitas County
BACKGROUND:
On January 26, 2011 the Superior Court entered into a MOU with Court Advocates for Kittitas County.
This Resolution specifies funding for 2019 as approved in the County Budget in the amount of $36,796.00.
Court Advocates also receives funding from the State. In 2019 said amount will be $5,500 and is passed
thru the Superior Court budget.
INTERACTION:
Doug Mitchell has reviewed and approved the Resolution.
