Kittitas County <br />Superior Court <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />1/15/2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve and execute Resolution Ratifying and Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court <br />and Court Advocates for Children for Kittitas County <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On January 26, 2011 the Superior Court entered into a MOU with Court Advocates for Kittitas County. <br />This Resolution specifies funding for 2019 as approved in the County Budget in the amount of $36,796.00. <br />Court Advocates also receives funding from the State.
